Our stock of Roller Coverings is the most extensive available in the UK. Along with our experience, it has been developed over many years and represents the best quality products drawn from manufacturers throughout the world. These materials have many uses, and we will always be pleased to discuss and advise on a particular application. The range divides into four main groups: TUFGRIP (Rubber, PVC and PVC/Synthetic rubber) High friction coefficient, high resistance to abrasion, oil resistant, max temp 80°C (PVC), 100°C (PVC-Synthetic rubber), 60°C (Self-adhesive version). Natural Rubber High friction coefficient, max temp 100°C. Synthetic Rubber High friction coefficient, high resistance to abrasion, oil and solvent resistant, max temp 120°C. Special Coverings Felt strip, sheet or seamless tubes. Thermosetting PVC scroll strips. High Temperature strips (220°C). Perforated steel strips. Glass cloth and Emery rolls. Moulded rubber roller covers. PVC shrink-on sleeving.
Attaching Systems
Attachments Polypropylene: 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 50mm, 65mm, 125mm. Nylon Extra Strong: 13mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm, 65mm, 125mm. Polypropylene Fine Fabric: 20mm, 25mm, 50mm, 65mm. Nylon Fine Fabric: 7mm, 15mm, 20mm, 50mm Coloured Polypropylene: 13mm, 65mm Nylon Coloured: Wide range of colours available, 13mm, 65mm Micro Pitch Standard: 7mm. Micro Pitch Standard and Fine Fabric attachments have 100 attachments to a strip instead of the normal 50. This cuts down both operator fatigue and down time. Supplied in boxes of 10,000. All other attachments are supplied 5000 per box. Loops Used with the standard guns and useful for linking two separate items. Manufactured from extra strong nylon and boxed in 5000s. 35mm, 65mm. Hooks These are used with the standard guns and are particularly useful for hanging scarves, socks, gloves etc. Boxed 5000s. 37mm Standard hook 37mm Narrow opening hook. 50mm Standard hook. 75mm standard hook. 19mm Fine Fabric hook. Ring Hooks Hook with complete loop. Similar applications to the hooks described on the left, but for use with heavier articles. Cable Ties (bar lock) These are ideal for bundling items together for ease of handling. Supplied in boxes of 1000. Other sizes available on request. Available 4" to 15". Secur-A-Tie Fasteners Ideal for applications where the loop needs to be tightened to a specific length or fixed tightly around a product. 125mm length. Secur-A-Tach Fasteners These security loops are particularly useful for tagging products such as luggage, sunglasses, sports equipment and other hard to tag items. Tamper evident and eliminates ticket switching. 5000 per box. 75mm, 125mm, 225mm, 450mm.
Dennison MkII Guns An extremely popular gun, known all over the world for its quality and reliability. Uses both micro-pitch and standard gauge attachments. It is available in three different versions - standard, fine and heavy duty. Dennison Guns These light, easy to use guns are available in standard, fine fabric and long needle versions. They have been tested beyond 2.2 million cycles. The fine gun can be used with micro-pitch attachments.
